We offer premium THC disposable vapes, such as Cali Clear disposables infused with liquid diamonds and live resin. Product descriptions, including flavors, potency, and features, are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences.
- Orders: By placing an order, you offer to purchase products subject to our acceptance. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. Confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance; orders are accepted upon shipment.
- Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and may cancel the order or offer alternatives.
- Cancellations: You may cancel orders before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may pursue returns per our policy.
- Errors: We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or images. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and allow cancellation.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy.
4. Pricing and Payment

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to eligible US addresses (and select international locations where legal). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments. We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or refusal.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of receipt, subject to inspection. Defective products may be eligible for exchange or refund. Contact support@caliclears.com with your order number and details. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. We do not accept returns for used products due to health and safety reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including logos, trademarks (e.g., “Cali Clear”), designs, text, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Limited use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User-generated content (e.g., reviews) grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify it for promotional purposes.
